The Ones We Love

YOU DID THIS is a film festival celebrating cinematic diversity and audience participation.Simple: 7 days, 7 genres, and you decide what’s playing!

Each day spotlights a different genre—COMEDY, CRIME, COMING OF AGE, DYSTOPIAN, ROMANCE, SUMMERTIME, and WTF—bringing both beloved classics and unexpected gems back to the big screen through community voting. Organized by The Ones We Love, the festival expanded the platform’s on-demand cinema concept into a week-long, collective celebration of film.

Our task was to create the visual identity, animations, social media templates, website, and print materials for the festival’s first edition. The main challenge was designing within The Ones We Love’s visual language—using the same typography and cinematic structure—while ensuring YOU DID THIS had its own bold and, distinctive personality.

From dynamic motion design to printed materials, every element reinforced the idea that the festival belongs to those who make it happen.
